Moneyvidya.com will collate and electronically transmit to you a written Performance Report every (1/4 or month). This report shall contain the details of every stock tip which has been sent to you via email or SMS, during the period.
The contents of this report shall include, but not be limited to;
· the original instructions and time of posting of every stock tip.
· the outcome of every stock tip, as calculated by Moneyvidya.com.
· the aggregate performance of all the stock tips, as calculated by Moneyvidya.com, including the ‘Total Profit’ figure.
The report shall be delivered no more than 7 days following the end of the period.
In the event that ‘Total Profit’ as calculated by Moneyvidya.com is negative indicating a net loss, you shall be entitled to claim a full refund of all fees paid for the period.
To claim your refund, simply forward the report to refunds@moneyvidya.com within 14 days of receiving it. We shall contact you to confirm the amount of the refund, calculated on a pro-rata basis, within 7 days of receiving your request.
This money-back offer is contingent only on tthe 'mock-trading' calculation of 'Total Profit' as calculated by Moneyvidya.com. Moneyvidya.com shall not be liable to refund any fees paid unless the ‘Total Profit’ figure is negative.
If you have made a decision to actually trade in any of the securities discussed by our Analysts, then the outcome of said trading activity shall remain your sole responsibility.
